Winona Grange operates with a minimum of "official" leadership, whereas the traditional Grange positions also included those of Steward, Lady Steward, Assistant Lady Steward, Gatekeeper, Chaplain, Lecturer, and the three Graces, Flora, Ceres and Pomona.
Any active Grange member who is willing and able, may run for election. Offices are held for annual terms, without term limits.
