Winona Grange operates with a minimum of "official" leadership, whereas the traditional Grange positions also included those of Steward, Lady Steward, Assistant Lady Steward, Gatekeeper, Chaplain, Lecturer, and the three Graces: Flora, Ceres and Pomona.
Any active Grange member who is willing and able, may run for election. Offices are held for annual terms, without term limits.
